Liebe Patienten,
Dear patient,
our orthodontic office is opened at our normal consultation hours.
Due to coronavirus outbreak, we have strengthened the hygiene regulations in our office for your and our safety.
1) We work in a small group. We wear gloves, face masks, and safety glasses during the whole treatment time.
2) We have already reduced patient’s appointments for keeping fewer patients in the office at the same time.
Only the patient is allowed to enter the office for treatment. Escort of patients should stay outside. We make an exception for family members who also have an appointment, for consultations and for parents as an escort of their small child.
3) Before entering our office, please ring the door bell and wait for our staff. We will check your body temperature with an infrared thermometer and will give you hand sanitizer right into your hands. Then you will move right to the treatment room. The door handles and door bell will be cleaned by our staff after every use.
If you were in contact with a confirmed patient with the coronavirus or have been to a risk area, have any symptoms such as having shortness of breath, fever, cough, or sore throat, please call us at 069/9511 5910 to cancel or postpone your appointment.
For further information with the suspicion of Covid-19, call 116 -117 (phone number of the medical on-call service) or contact your family or general physician by phone.
They will clarify with the inquiring individual whether an infection with the novel coronavirus is likely and, if justified, they will initiate further diagnosis and treatment.
We work against the spread of Covid-19 with you together.
Thank you for your cooperation.
